From fans: When you sign up through an artist's invite link or QR code, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country and city
• Fan moment (a personal note about the moment you became a fan)
• Avatar / profile photo

From artists: When you create an Earnst account, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Account credentials (password stored securely via hashing)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing and operating the Earnst platform, including fan profiles, broadcasts, and analytics
• Sending communications (emails and SMS messages) on behalf of artists to their fans
• Generating aggregated analytics and insights for artists about their fan base
• Improving and maintaining the service
• Communicating with you about your account, updates, and support

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following ways:

• Artists: Artists can view and manage data for fans who signed up through their invite links. Artists only see their own fans' data.
• Resend: We use Resend as our email delivery provider to send broadcast emails on behalf of artists.
• Twilio: We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages on behalf of artists.
• Supabase: We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Export your data in a portable format
• Delete your account and personal data
• Unsubscribe from email or SMS communications at any time using the link or instructions in each message

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. International Data

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States. By using Earnst, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

8. Children's Privacy

Earnst is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the platform.
